Together Co

Together Co is a loneliness charity based in Sussex. It has been operating since 2000 and exists to create connections to change lives through models such as befriending, social prescribing and volunteering. It is people powered and benefits from 500 volunteer a year, they give their time to connect people and places across the city. We believe that everyone should have someone.
