Sheffield Womens Aid

Sheffield Women's Aid provide two Refuges, accommodating a total of 37 families at any one time. Families have to be eligible for public funding and a victim of domestic abuse including coercive control. They house dependent children of any gender or age and also accommodate female heads of households who are 16 or 17. They provide ongoing support to move into independent living.
